CONSIGNMENT PROCESS - The first step is to fill out our contact for consignment form and let us know what item/ items you are interested in selling or if it is a large collection or an estate. We will then contact you at a time that is convenient for you. Once contact has been made and the decision is made that you would like to consign with us, we will then complete a consignment agreement and arrange pickup or drop off. This initial consultation is always free of charge.

THE CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT - Every consignor receives a  signed copy of a written agreement that outlines any commission charges and all items that are being consigned.

PROPERTY PICK-UP - You are welcome to deliver your property to our auction location at 346 Main Street, Rosebud, Texas 76570. Please call ahead at 281-785-3303 to ensure we will be there to meet you. We can also arrange pick-up of item/items at your convenience. For clients needed a full house cleanout, We can arrange a date and time for the clean out to be done.


AUCTION - Your property will be photographed, described with a detailed description, and  put in one of our Auctions that was agreed upon on the consignment agreement. If your item/ items sale at Auction, you will receive a listing of the item, sales price of each item with a check, minus the commission, within 15 days after end of Auction. Non sold items will be returned to you as well.
